The villa has 5 double bedrooms (all en suite) and 1 with twin beds, 58″ flat screen TV with DVD, super king size bed (2m x 2m) further 4 ‘fold away’ beds, so sleeping up to 14 in comfort. There is one superking bed and 3 king size beds so space is no problem in this villa. A continuous balcony to the first floor bedrooms, with seating and tables for each room. Exceptionally large kitchen dining area with marble island and bar stools. Integrated dishwasher, hot and cold-water dispenser, plus seating for 10 people in comfort, in short all the things you would expect from your kitchen at home. There is also a fully equipped utility room with washing machine. The salon/living area has quality leather seating, a 52″ flat screen TV, wireless broadband and wireless keyboard. A media centre, denon amplifier, DVD player, Ipod docking station and CD player all for your entertainment within a 4-speaker surround system individually zoned. Floor to ceiling concertina doors let the outside in, in this fabulous villa.

Panoramic sea views from wherever you may sit. The pool terrace has plenty of sun loungers, parasols and a soft seating area with attractive sofa and chairs. There is a Turkish Love Pod and a matching covered swinging sofa. A circular marble table seats 12 for outside dining, and a purpose built stone/gas barbque with rotisserie for outside dining. An extra large parasol covers this area ensuring your dining in comfort. Listen to your favorite music from the 5 speaker pool side sound system and wherever you are on the terrace you will have stunning sea views of the bay. The infinity pool, 1.3m deep all over, has no dangerous deep end and is ideal for pool games. The roof terrace has another marble table, seating 10, soft seating under a wooden pergola and a swinging love chair. A small kitchenette with fridge and all kitchen utensils and a second gas barbeque for rooftop dining while looking out over the bay to the front, or to the towering Taurus mountains to the rear. There is also a further hot and cold-water dispenser. There is also a WC and washbasin on the terrace..

And…finally…for your entertainment there is a fully equipped games room, with pool table, dart board, air hockey, table tennis, table football and a 38″ flat screen TV with Wii + games and individual satellite TV with full sport package also DVD player.. There is an assortment of board games and books plus glass fronted fridge for your convenience. 5 seater suit, 2 bar tables and stools… and …. amazingly …. yet again…the games room also comes with wonderful sea views. EXTRA TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY- BBQ must be left as found, if not a cleaning surcharge of £50 will apply. When using the infinity pool children must be supervised at all times. No diving, jumping, booming into pool. No pushing or running on pool terrace. No glass to be used on pool terrace (plastic drinking glasses provided) No eating or drinking in the pool. No smoking inside the villa. Smoking only permitted on outside terraces. No drinking or eating over or on the pool table, table tennis, air hockey and table football. You use this villa and its facilities at your own risk, we recommend you take out relevant personal insurance. It is mandatory when renting this villa that all persons have suitable holiday insurance. Please report any damage to fixtures and fittings on arrival (within 24hrs) to designated person. Name and number will be provided.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
